Setting Project Preferences

Before starting the work on any project, it is recommended to set project preferences. Users can set the preferences for graphs and parameter colors. Setting project preferences is important to standardize the parameter colors across all the graphs in this project. This makes the graphs easier to read and understand at a glance.

To set project preferences:

1. In the left pane, click Data Analysis icon.


2. From the Project List, select a project.

3. Click Set Preferences.

4. Do one of the following:
  1. Click Select graph preference, specify the default graph preferences and then click Set Preference.
  1. Click Parameter color, search and select the available parameters, define color for each of the parameters and then click Set Default.
  1. Click Set discrete parameter color, search and select the discrete parameters, define color for each state of the discrete parameters and then click Set Default.


  1. Click Set decimation frequency, specify default message frequency and then click Set Default.
