Note: Timeseries Data is referred to as 'Signal Data' in StellarAi.

Allowed File formats : CSV , MF4/MDF ,TXT, DAT, LOG

Adding Timeseries Data:

To upload data:

1. In the left pane, click Data Analysis () icon.

2. From the Project List, select a project.

3. Click the Database tab.

4. Click on Upload Signal Files button

5. To create a new Signal Dataset, Click on Create Signal Dataset button. Users can also select a pre-existing Signal Dataset from the above list.

Note: A 'Signal DataSet' is essentially a folder meant to store CAN Signal or other timeseries data files. CAN Message files cannot be uploaded to a 'Signal DataSet'. To do this, read this article

4. Click Add button.

6. Select the data files to be uploaded.

7. Click Open.

Organizing Data:

Having the test data files in the correct sequence is imperative while analyzing them; to derive the right results. This can be done using the sequencing feature.

To sequence files:

1. Go to the desired dataset.

2. Hold    icon and drag the file to its desired position.

OR

3. Click on “File Name” to sort it by name. Click again to toggle between ascending
and descending order.

4. Click on “Time in File” to sort it by the file creation timestamp. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

List of files with the following details are displayed in the data set view:
  1. Sequence: The sequence of the file in the data set.
  2. Time in File: Timestamp of file creation.
  3. No. of Parameters: Number of Parameters in the file.
  4. Upload Time: Timestamp of when the file was uploaded to StellarAi.

Removing Data:

A) Removing Files from a Signal Dataset:

1. Select Files

2. Click on Remove () icon.

3. Remove Files modal will be displayed. Click on Remove button

Note:
  1. This action removes file(s) from selected dataset but retains them under 'All files'. 'All files' is a root folder that displays all files shared under a particular project.
  2. If Delete Files(s) from Database is checked, the file(s) will be deleted from 'All files' as well. This action permanently deletes selected file(s) from StellarAi.

B) Delete Dataset:

1. Click on Delete button () on the right side a dataset.

2. Delete dataset modal will be displayed. Click on Delete button

Note:
  1. This action deletes all files from the said dataset but retains them in the 'All files' root folder.
  2. If Delete Files(s) from Database is checked, the file(s) will be deleted from 'All files' as well. This action permanently deletes selected file(s) from StellarAi.

C) Delete Files from Database:

1. Select all files from All Files set.

2. Click on Delete Button ().

Note: This action permanently deletes selected file(s) from StellarAi.
