Managing Users

If you need multiple administrators for your company, you can easily make any user an administrator. The projects created by one administrator are visible only to that administrator. This facilitates sharing of project management bandwidth between multiple administrators.

To make a User an Administrator:


1. In the left pane, click the User Management icon.
2. Under the Actions column, click the Make Admin User icon corresponding to the user whom you want to make an administrator.



Assign a License


You can assign a license to the users to allow them to analyze test data, edit their own data analysis results, and use analytical templates. Without the edit license, you can only view and review the data analysis results shared with you by others.

To assign a license:


1. In the left pane, click the User Management icon.

2. Under the Actions column, click the Assign License icon corresponding to user whom you want to assign the license.

3. Select the license type, Analyze, Compute, Message Analysis, View, that you want to assign.

4. Click Assign License.



Revoke a License


You can revoke license of any users who do not require to perform test data analysis or use analytical templates. The users whose license is revoked can still view the analysis results that are shared with them by others on the dashboard.

To revoke a license:


1. In the left pane, click the User Management icon.

2. Under the Actions column, click the Revoke License icon corresponding to user whose license you want to revoke.

3. Select the license type,  Analyze, Compute, Message Analysis, View, that you want to revoke.

4. Click Revoke License.





User Can Assign or Revoke single License.
User can Assign or Revoke multiple licenses at a time
